What quality are the products?
All of our products are tested for functionality and durability to ensure the maximum use and leisure, offering you peace of mind. However in the unlikely circumstance that a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team who will endeavor to resolve the issue for you promptly.
Can I return an item for a refund?
Once placed, the order is non-refundable as it is a consumable item. In any case if the product is received in a damaged or unusable condition then a replacement of the order will be done, but will not be eligible for refund. The product will be replaced only if the customer informs the company within 24-48 hours of the delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. After that, the order cannot be canceled. All updates can be sent to support@nofalseclaims.com.
Are orders delivered on weekends?
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing and delivery happen only on business days (Monday – Friday).
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Yes, you can change the shipping address and contact details on your order as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team by emailing support@nofalseclaims.com.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated straight away and you can use it to track your order on our courier partner's website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, RuPay, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 days (Monday – Friday). Inclusive delivery time is 5–6 business days depending on your location.
Are your products safe for consumption?
Yes, all our products are FSSAI certified and undergo rigorous quality testing. We believe in transparency and provide lab reports for all our products. If you have any underlying allergies or medical conditions, we strongly recommend consulting your physician before making a purchase.
