Products

All of our products are tested for functionality and durability to ensure maximum use, offering you peace of mind. In the unlikely circumstance that a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team who will resolve the issue for you promptly.

Orders

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. After that, the order cannot be canceled. Send cancellation requests to support@nofalseclaims.com.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number. Use it to track your order on our courier partner's website.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, RuPay, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All transactions are encrypted for your safety.

Yes, you can change the shipping address as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us at support@nofalseclaims.com as soon as possible.

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Total delivery time is 5 to 6 business days depending on your location across India.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Processing and delivery happen only on business days, Monday to Friday.

Returns

Once placed, orders are non-refundable as these are consumable items. If a product is received in damaged or unusable condition, a replacement will be arranged only if you inform us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Lab & Safety

Yes, all our products are FSSAI certified and undergo rigorous quality testing. We believe in transparency and provide third-party lab reports for every batch. If you have any underlying allergies or medical conditions, we strongly recommend consulting your physician before purchase.
