At No False Claims, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to deliver the best customer experience. Since we deal in consumable items, our policy is carefully designed to ensure both safety and fairness.

Returns

Return Eligibility

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered, except in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged, leaking, tampered with, expired, or incorrect
  • While we understand that individual needs may vary, we're unable to accept returns or provide replacements due to dietary preferences (vegetarian/non-vegetarian) or personal medical conditions
  • You raise the request within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos and your order ID

In such cases, we'll offer a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Returns Not Accepted For

To maintain product safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Orders placed incorrectly (e.g., sachets instead of boxes)
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Products received in good condition with no issues

Cancellations & Order Changes

Before Shipping

You may cancel or make changes to your order:

  • Within 12 hours of placing the order, or
  • Before it is shipped, whichever is earlier

To do so, email us at support@nofalseclaims.com with your order number and request.

After Shipping

Once the order has been shipped:

  • It cannot be cancelled or changed
  • Refusal at the time of delivery or non-acceptance may affect your future eligibility for Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refund Timelines & Conditions

  • Refunds (if approved) are initiated within 5–7 business days
  • It may take 7–14 days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • (Upto Rs 300/-) Logistics charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or expired product)

For Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you've received a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 Hrs of delivery
  • Attach clear photos of the issue along with your order ID
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or initiate a full refund — whichever you prefer
