Payment Policy

Secure Transactions

Encrypted transaction for your safety. We guarantee that your details are completely safe with us. All information is sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information.

Transaction Approval

If your card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address. If your card transaction isn't approved, your order will not be processed and you will be notified to try an alternative payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

No False Claims does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. In the rare event that a COD order is placed due to a technical error, system glitch, or any bypassing of our checkout process, such orders will not be processed or fulfilled. The order will be automatically cancelled if full payment is not received within 24 hours of order placement. Customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp and given the option to re-place their order through our standard prepaid checkout.
