The standard dealer programme is non-exclusive. Distributor arrangements are discussed separately with our team.
Online marketplace selling (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) requires prior written approval from us. Authorised online resellers get support with listings and content.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged or incorrect products are replaced at no cost if reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Products with less than 3 months shelf life at dispatch are also replaced.
Yes. Every wholesale order comes with a GST tax invoice. Share your GSTIN when ordering and we issue a B2B invoice you can claim input credit on.
