Best Creatine I've used in my years of lifting experience
MuscleBlaze creatine is what I was on. Decent product but proprietary blend. No idea exactly how much monohydrate vs other sources. This one tells you everything. 2000mg monohydrate, 500mg HCL, 500mg nitrate, 2000mg HMB. All declared. For people who care about knowing what they take this is better.
This is exactly the comparison we'd encourage people to make Siddharth! Not just effectiveness but transparency. Knowing exactly what you're consuming is your right as a buyer
First 2 weeks I thought maybe it wasn't working. Week 3 things clicked. Pump is better, endurance up slightly, strength is gradually going up. Classic creatine timeline honestly. Patience is required. But once it's in your system the difference is noticeable.
Classic creatine timeline perfectly described Yash! Full saturation takes 2-3 weeks at maintenance dose everything after that is compound gains. Thanks for sticking with it
I'm on a keto diet and needed a supplement with genuinely zero carbs. Checked the label 0g sugar, 0g fat, 0g carbs. Only the creatine and HMB compounds. No hidden maltodextrin or dextrose carriers that some brands sneak in. Fits perfectly in my plan.
Keto-compatible and hiding nothing that's exactly the clean formula promise Deepak! No fillers, no carriers, no surprises. Happy it fits your plan.
Day 12 I noticed I could do 2 more reps on my usual sets. Not huge but consistent across every exercise. That's creatine working. The multi source formula seems to kick in faster than plain monohydrate did for me previously. Will continue. Simple product that does exactly what creatine should do.
Day 12 extra reps = creatine saturation kicking in. That's exactly the timeline for the multi-source blend. Those extra reps compound over months Ankit, keep going!
A lot of supplement brands in India are not FSSAI compliant for their creatine products. I checked before buying. This one is. Small thing but it means the product has passed regulatory scrutiny. Combined with third party testing this is one of the more trustworthy creatine products I've seen in India.
Most people don't check FSSAI status but those who do really understand the supplement market Nandini. Regulatory compliance is the floor, not a bonus feature for us. Thank you!
Quality is clearly good. Ingredients are declared. No proprietary blend. All of that I appreciate. But 30 servings goes in a month and the price is higher than plain monohydrate. Yes I'm getting 4 sources and HMB but value comparison is a fair question. Would consider a 60 serving pack if available.
Totally fair feedback Tejas! You're comparing a multi-source creatine+HMB formula to plain monohydrate, they're different products at different value levels. A 60 serving option is on our radar. Thanks for suggesting it.
I compete in a tested federation. Checked the label and it says contains no doping ingredients as listed. Verified a few against WADA list. Looks clean. Appreciated that they mentioned it proactively. Most brands don't bother.
We include that declaration specifically for tested athletes Manpreet really glad it was useful for your prep. Always verify individually against the latest WADA list as rules update. Best of luck in competition!
I bought it for powerlifting. My wife does CrossFit. She started using half a scoop. Zero side effects for her, strength and endurance both improved over 4 weeks. One product working for two very different training styles. Good formulation.
Powerlifting + CrossFit in one household covered by one product love it! ?? Clean transparent formula works for all training styles. Regards to the Mrs!
I've always done loading phases with creatine. Read the product info for this one and it said 1 serving per day is enough due to multi-source formulation. Tried it without loading. Results still came within 10 days. Saves product and still works. Interesting.
Good observation Shubham! Multi-source creatine with different absorption profiles means faster saturation at standard doses no loading necessary. Glad it worked for you without.
Mixes in water completely. No residue, no chalky taste. Some creatines I've used leave a gritty layer at the bottom of the glass. This one is clean. The 5g serving size is easy to measure with the included scoop. Simple and effective.
Clean mix with zero residue is the baseline for any decent creatine Abhinav, glad this delivered! Simple, honest, effective is the NFC way.
I checked 6 creatine products before buying this. 5 of them had proprietary blends. One said '3g creatine complex' without telling you what's in it. This one lists creatine monohydrate 2000mg, HMB 2000mg, HCL 500mg, nitrate 500mg. Exactly like that. Bought instantly.
You did the research and we passed the test. Declared ingredients with exact milligrams is our baseline standard not a feature. Thank you for recognising it Preethi!
Standard monohydrate always makes me look puffy within a week. Switched to this and no water retention at all. Think it's because of the HCL and nitrate components which are known to cause less retention. Strength gains are still coming without the bloat. Happy with this.
Spot on Chetan, creatine HCL and nitrate are more bioavailable at smaller doses and cause significantly less water retention. That's a key benefit of multi-source formulation.
Most people buy creatine and HMB separately and spend more money. Getting 2g of Calcium HMB in the same serving as creatine is genuinely smart formulation. HMB for muscle retention, creatine for strength and ATP. Stacks perfectly by design. Impressed.
You've described the formulation intent perfectly Ravi! Creatine + HMB was designed as a complete stack, not an afterthought. Really appreciate the deep understanding.
First week not much difference honestly. Week 2 bench press went up by 5kg. Week 3 deadlift improved too. Not placebo the weights are the same and I'm tracking everything. Creatine monohydrate alone never gave me this clear a jump. The HMB addition probably helps with recovery too.
Week 2 strength jump is exactly the timeline we hear most! The multi-source formula hits faster for some users. Those are real numbers Sumit keep crushing it.
Most creatine products are just monohydrate. This one has monohydrate, HCL, nitrate, AND HMB. Each source has a slightly different absorption profile so you're getting broader coverage. The no proprietary blend policy means I can see exactly how much of each. This is how creatine should be made.
Someone who actually understands multi-source creatine. Different absorption profiles was exactly the science behind the formula Aakash. Thanks for seeing that!
