My dietician specifically said to look for a protein with probiotics and transparent ingredient labelling. This ticked every box. She approved it after reviewing the QR lab report. Now officially part of my plan.
A dietician-approved product we're honoured Fatima! Transparent lab reports exist exactly for professional review like this. Thank you
Started buying this for myself post workout. My wife who is vegetarian and avoids dairy saw me using it and asked if she could try. Now we both use it. She adds it to her rotis and I do post workout shakes. One product working for two different needs.
Love this Sanjay!! A gym supplement and a kitchen ingredient in one household that's exactly the versatility we designed it for. Two happy customers, one product
So it's truly unflavoured which is great. But the natural taste of yeast protein is slightly earthy? Hard to describe. Not bad at all but different from whey. Once you mix it with a banana smoothie you don't notice at all. Took me about a week to get used to it plain.
That's a fair and accurate description Varun! Yeast protein has a very mild natural profile totally different from dairy. Banana smoothie is a great call.
I've been burned by so many supplement brands with their fake lab claims and amino spiking. This brand actually shows you the test results. Every ingredient listed. Exact mg shown. This is how all supplements should be made honestly.
This is exactly why we started No False Claims, Isha! The supplement industry needed accountability. Thank you for recognising that!
Previous protein gave me terrible bloating. Switched to this 2 weeks ago. By day 10 the bloating was completely gone. Not sure if it's the yeast protein or the probiotics or both but something is working. Gym performance is same, digestion is way better.
That 10-day turnaround is the gut microbiome responding to the probiotics Rohan! Really happy to hear this. Keep it consistent and it only gets better.
I have mild IBS and most protein powders are a nightmare for me. The probiotics and enzymes in this actually help. I was very nervous to try it but so glad I did. It's become a daily thing now. Just 1 scoop in warm water in the morning.
Thank you for sharing this Meera. We designed the probiotic + enzyme blend specifically for digestive sensitivity. So happy it's making a real difference for you.
That should say it all. First order was a trial. Second order was because it worked. Third order incoming. Zero bloating, clean protein, and I like that I can actually read what's inside without needing a chemistry degree.
3rd order incoming, that's the best review we could ask for Gaurav!! Thank you for the loyalty!
Good product overall. The only thing I noticed is it gets a bit clumpy if you use very cold water. Works perfectly with room temperature water or a shaker bottle. Once I figured that out it's been smooth every time. Protein content is accurate as far as I can tell from how I feel.
Noted Sneha! Room temp or a good shaker makes all the difference great tip for other users too. Thanks for sharing.
Let's be real it's not the cheapest protein out there. But the quality justifies it. I've wasted money on cheaper brands that made me feel terrible. This one actually delivers on what it says. Clean, easy to digest, no nonsense.
100% agree Nikhil cheap supplements that hurt your gut end up costing more in the long run. Quality you can trust is always worth it. Thank you!
My nutritionist told me to get off dairy-based supplements for 3 months. Was hunting for something decent and came across this. Checked the ingredients everything is listed clearly, no hidden stuff. 5 weeks in and I can genuinely say digestion has improved. Will continue.
A nutritionist-recommended choice that's a huge compliment Ankita! Transparent ingredients are there exactly for informed decisions like yours.
Using this as post workout and it does the job well. Tried using it as a meal replacement once and it wasn't filling enough on its own obviously. But as a recovery supplement it's solid. 3 scoops per day seems too much for me personally, 1-2 is enough.
Great point Tushar! It's designed as a protein supplement not a meal replacement, 1 serving post workout is the sweet spot for most. Thanks for sharing your experience!
I'm the kind of person who reads every label. The QR code that links to actual batch test reports is something I haven't seen any other Indian brand do. Scanned it and the report is actually there. Not a marketing page, a real lab report. This alone will keep me coming back.
This comment means everything to us Aryan. Batch-level transparency is our non-negotiable standard. So glad you checked and found it exactly as promised!
Honestly for the first 2 weeks I didn't feel much difference. But by week 4 I could see recovery was faster and the bloating I used to have with my old protein was completely gone. I think people expecting overnight results will be disappointed but if you're patient it works well.
Really appreciate the honest and detailed experience Priya! You're absolutely right gut adaptation takes 3-4 weeks and the benefits compound over time. Patience is the real supplement.
Put it in dahi, put it in upma, put it in smoothie. Works in everything. No weird smell no strange texture. For someone who doesn't like drinking protein shakes this is a blessing. The unflavoured part is 100% true unlike some brands that say unflavoured but there's still a weird taste.
Dahi and upma, now THAT'S creative! You're right, truly unflavoured means zero taste interference and we take that seriously. Thanks Rajesh!
I kept breaking out with every whey protein I tried. Someone in a fitness forum suggested switching to a non-dairy protein. Found this while searching and took the plunge. 6 weeks in skin is noticeably clearer and protein numbers are still good. Coincidence? Maybe. But I'm not switching back.
This genuinely made our day Simran. Dairy-free was one of our core design goals for exactly this reason. Skin-gut connection is real and we're so happy this is working for you!
Product is genuinely good. 24g protein, no bloating, mixes well. My only complaint is the zip lock on the pouch is a bit flimsy. Had to put it in a separate container. But the protein itself? No complaints. Lab test link on the QR works too, checked it.
Thanks for the honest feedback Deepa! The packaging note is logged we're working on improving it. Really glad the product itself is hitting the mark for you, and love that you verified the lab report!
Okay so I was super skeptical about yeast protein. Like what even is that right? My gym buddy kept insisting so I finally ordered. Been using it for 3 weeks now and honestly I'm surprised. Stomach feels way lighter compared to the ON whey I was on earlier. No gas nothing. Taste is neutral which I like because I add it to my oats.
Haha glad your gym buddy convinced you Karan! That skepticism is totally valid yeast protein is new to most people. Really happy the digestion difference is showing up for you.
